Refunds
We have a strict no refund policy due to our items mostly being limited and very exclusive with a high demand.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchased items or gift cards.

Exceptions

Any potential mistakes on our end as far as wrong sizes , wrong item shipped, damaged items will be handled by us . 

Shipping/Claims

We highly suggest that customers add "Ship-aid" to the cart before purchase which will add package insurance for lost items in transit, stolen items, and ensure proper delivery. Any issues can be handled by submitting a claim through shipaid.
